JONAS WOODS

Partner, Chief Executive Officer

Jonas Woods is a Partner and the Chief Executive Officer of 3-O Real Estate Partners. He serves on the firm's Executive Committee, Investment Committee, and Management Committee and leads the execution of 3-O's business strategy.

Prior to co-founding 3-O, Jonas was the Founder and CEO of Woods Capital, which became the largest owner of office and mixed-use properties in Downtown and Uptown Dallas. In 2022, Woods Capital formed Pacific Elm Properties, which owns seven Class-A towers totaling 6.5 million square feet in Dallas and is constructing the $500 million Bank of America Tower at Parkside. Earlier in his career, Jonas served as President of Hillwood Capital, where he led the development of Victory Park, a $3 billion mixed-use district in Dallas.

Jonas is the Co-Founder of Trinity Forest Golf Club and serves on the SMU Cox Folsom Institute for Real Estate board. He lives in Dallas and earned a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

TRISTAN SIMON

Partner, Chief Product Officer

Tristan Simon is a Partner and the Chief Product Officer of 3-O Real Estate Partners and its subsidiaries Rebees and Ignite-Rebees, all of which he co-founded. He serves on 3-O's Executive Committee, Investment Committee, and Management Committee and leads innovation, envisioning, strategy, and hospitality endeavors.

Tristan has spent his career as an entrepreneur creating experiential real estate and hospitality projects with unique cultural resonance. He previously founded and led Consilient Hospitality, a high-end restaurant and hotel management company that began with a single restaurant and grew to $115 million in annual revenue and more than 1,100 employees prior to its sale in 2014.

Raised in London and Virginia, Tristan splits his time between Dallas and Houston. He graduated from Duke University with degrees in English and Economics.

TOM PATERSON

Partner, Chief Operating Officer

Tom Paterson is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of 3-O Real Estate Partners. He serves on the firm's Executive Committee, Investment Committee, and Management Committee and leads execution of 3-O's investment and asset-management strategies.

Prior to co-founding 3-O, Tom spent 15 years at Lionstone Investments, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Portfolio Management. In these roles, he managed key investor relationships, oversaw execution within a $10 billion investment and development portfolio, and served as a voting member of the Investment Committee. Earlier in his career, Tom spent four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tom lives in Houston and earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Private Equity from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

MARK MASINTER

Partner

Mark Masinter is a Partner and Co-Founder of 3-O Real Estate Partners and Ignite-Rebees, a 3-O subsidiary. He is a driving force in business development, project development, and investment activities. Mark also serves as Chairman of Global Retail for Newmark, which he joined upon selling Open Realty Advisors to the firm in 2022.

As Founder and Managing Member of Open Realty Advisors, Mark built one of the industry's most respected global retail advisory platforms, guiding real estate execution strategies and store-growth initiatives for North America's premier consumer brands.

Mark lives in Dallas and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Political Science.

TARYN ANDERSON

Partner, Chief People Officer

Taryn Anderson is a Partner and the Chief People Officer of 3-O Real Estate Partners. She serves on the firm's Investment Committee and Management Committee and is responsible for the firm's culture, personnel strategy, and hospitality endeavors.

Before the formation of 3-O, Taryn was a founding partner of Rebees and Ignite-Rebees. Prior to that, she led operations at Consilient Hospitality, where she and Tristan Simon scaled the company from a single restaurant in Dallas to a multi-brand hospitality group with more than 1,100 employees and more than $115 million in annual revenue.

Raised in North Dakota, Taryn is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. She lives in Dallas.
